An Extra Care, Residential village in Bedford for the over 55's consisting of 140 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over 4 storeys.
A mixed development of New Build and Refurbishment of the former St Bedes Schoo.l
Prestige Plastering are currently undertaking the screed and insulation, partitioning and MF ceilings, plastering and external rendering.
A Prestigious New build Care home consisting of 105 bedrooms over four floors, built for a local Healthcare company Avery.
Dunelm required the specialist spray plaster system to deliver the only standard that Avery would except THE BEST.
The system used was the USG sheetrock level 5 finish, which we delivered to an exceptional standard.

Mf ceilings, acoustic stud partitioning, insulation, shaft wall installation, dry-lining, USG spray plaster, external rendering.
The project for Baxter and King was a 75 bedroom care home in corby where the use of the weinerberger clay blocks were used for speed of build.
Once again Prestige Plastering delivered an exceptional standard of works throughout this project which we strive to deliver "On time, In time, Every time".
